The Nordic Asia Life-Science Summit 2025 (NALS 2025) was successfully held, with strong support from Eurosin Capital, Han Kun Law Offices, Cirio Law Firm, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (V-Next team).

The summit brought together five leading Nordic life-science companies and over 40 confirmed Asian investors and strategic partners, focusing on partnership and investment opportunities that connect the innovation strengths of the Nordic region with the dynamic capital markets of Asia.

Event Highlights

Aaron Gu, Partner at Han Kun Law Offices, shared his insights and experience in advising The United Laboratories on its recent exclusive license agreement with Novo Nordisk for UBT25 — a landmark transaction valued at USD 2 billion. His presentation offered valuable perspectives on cross-border licensing and the evolving collaboration landscape in global pharmaceuticals.

Per Hedman and Hanna Yan Karlsson from Cirio Law Firm, a key player in the Swedish life-science ecosystem, introduced a lineup of innovative Swedish companies, showcasing the region’s strong R&D and commercial potential.

Zhang Jiayi and her V-Next team from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange provided outstanding organizational support and facilitated the participation of numerous high-quality investors, further strengthening cross-border engagement.
