Tribox Completes Acquisition of Fleet Tec

On 8 January 2026, Tribox Group AB announced the completion of its acquisition of Svenska Fleet Tec AB, following the fulfillment of all agreed conditions.

The transaction, initially agreed on 4 December 2025, included customary conditions such as financing, regulatory approvals, and due diligence, all of which have now been satisfied. Tribox has thereby acquired full ownership of Fleet Tec.
The total purchase price amounted to approximately SEK 34.3 million. A portion of the consideration was structured as a promissory note, with an agreement to convert part of this amount into newly issued shares in Tribox through a directed set-off issue.
